Shaping and precise fitting. The material is adapted to the shape of each headlight. Modern lights have complex geometry, curves and sharp edges, and this is where the technician's experience counts. At this stage the film is applied to the headlights with careful control of tension and temperature.

Final inspection. After installation we check the result under different lighting. We assess clarity, evenness of adhesion and the condition of the edges. There is no hurry at Detailing Lab.
